RETURNS Damaged in shipment - If an item is damaged in shipment, please retain all original packaging and notify the carrier immediately. All our shipments are insured against damage, but the report must originate from the person in possession of the goods so the carrier can arrange to inspect the package. The carrier will then notify us of the claim and we will replace the damaged goods. Damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. Defective goods -- If you receive a product that is defective in any way, please email us at orders@pruss.com or call us immediately. We will send you a prepaid return label so you may return the defective product. Replacement goods will be sent to you immediately. If the original product is not sent by return shipment within 14 days, your credit card will be charged for the replacement order. When the original product is received, your account will be credited. Whether your order is damaged in shipment or defective, you are entitled to replacement of the order, a full refund, or a full credit including shipping. If the order is returned for a reason other than damage or defectiveness the purchase price will refunded, however the shipping charge will not be refunded.
